Don't worry, We got you covered! We offer a 2-year
replacement in case there's a functionality issue or a damaged card gets delivered.
However, no replacement will be provided if the card is physically damaged after the
delivery.
It is not an absolute necessity to have an NFC-enabled
smartphone in order to own a Tap Trend Card. You can own and set up a Tap Trend Card
without an NFC-enabled smartphone
It's very simple! Go to: www.taptrend.in. Select the
card from Executive, White Label, or Premium. Choose your color and design, add
details to be printed on the card, and Voila! You are good to go.
Unless you want to change the design of your Tap Trend Card,
you don't really have to renew or upgrade your Tap Trend Card.
If your card gets lost or stolen, you can safeguard your
data by immediately logging into your Tap Trend app and un-link the card.
Once the card is dispatched, it takes 3 to 5 business days
for the Tap Trend Card to be delivered in India. For international locations, we say
5-10 days if customs clearance is not delayed.
Yes, you can have multiple profiles on the same card. But
you can only share one profile at a time. You can add, edit, update and delete your
profile using the Tap Trend App.
Yes, our team of designers will happily assist you with your
card design. However, complete design assistance is available only for White Label
and Premium Card.
Yes, the Tap Trend App is available for download on Play
Store and App Store.
